The most important weapon that you carry on your person is your mind.
One of the most neglected skills when training for self defense is the brain. Knowing where the threats are coming from, when and if you should act, and knowing how your body responds both on a physical and psychological level are keys to successful self defense.
Developing good situational awareness goes far beyond sitting and facing a door in a restaurant.
Join us and develop the mindset required to be a successful self defender. Topics include but are not limited to Defensive Mindset Development, Physical and Psychological effects of High Stress Encounters, Use of force, Navigating legal and social ramifications, and proper Interaction with Law Enforcement.
Equipment needed: You'll need a way to take notes. There's going to be a lot of valuable information presented.
Failing to plan is planning to fail.
